I replace worry with positive action.

A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.

Proverbs 27:12

I mistakenly believe worry is productive. It is one thing to see a potential problem and solve it, but worry sees endless potential problems, but no solutions. We are in a better position to face the future when we stop worrying and start taking positive action.
