M Is for Mercy

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

Hebrews 4:16

Help! That is a cry for mercy. It’s a plea for someone to come to our aid.

We can come boldly to the throne of God. Believers will not find judgment at God’s throne. We can come to God with confidence because there is no condemnation for us at the throne of God (Romans 8:1). When we come to God in humble submission, asking for help, He is ready to help us.

The throne of God is not a place of judgment, but of mercy. God is ready, willing, and able to help us when we need it most. All we need to do is ask for help. Our cry for mercy will be heard and answered.
